In this role, you will help shape testing strategies, improve software quality processes, and drive test automation initiatives across the entire software development lifecycle. Your responsibilities: Define and evolve testing strategies in an Agile environment. Design, develop, and maintain both manual and automated test scenarios. Increase automated test coverage and reduce manual testing efforts. Automate software release and quality assurance processes. Prepare and maintain environments for system and integration testing. Collaborate closely with developers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software deliveries. Ensure the stability, reliability, and accuracy of business-critical applications and calculations. Contribute to the development and standardization of CI/CD and testing practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a QA Engineer or Test Automation Engineer. Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
