Assembly Operator (1st Shift)

MOO creates print and digital products for companies of all sizes. The manufacturing team is responsible for delivering high-quality products quickly while meeting productivity targets individually and as a team.

Assembly operators hand package and dispatch premium products while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes intricate assembly, kitting, and hand-finishing of printed materials to ensure flawless final products before shipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble final products
• Dispatch product for shipping
• Use the binning system to collect all items for an order
• Operate light equipment

About You

• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Comfortable working with tools and learning machinery
• Reliable and able to meet production goals
• Adaptable to changing daily tasks based on job tickets
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
