Iterative Health is seeking a Director of Site Performance & Strategy – Cardiology to lead strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of centralized site support services across its cardiology research network.

The role focuses on optimizing activation and randomization performance, improving workflows, and scaling operational capabilities across clinical research sites. Responsibilities include overseeing regulatory support, pre-screening, and eSource services while partnering cross-functionally to improve sponsor and site outcomes.

Where You'll Drive Impact

Network Performance and Strategy Ownership

  • Own activation and randomization performance across the cardiology site network as the single accountable leader.
  • Build and manage performance monitoring systems to identify trends and risks.
  • Identify enrollment performance drivers and optimize them systematically across the network.
  • Diagnose root causes of performance issues and drive corrective action plans.
  • Own the roadmap for improving and measuring site solution impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally, including with Product teams, to improve solution offerings.

Operating Model Ownership

  • Serve as the accountable owner for central research support services including regulatory support, pre-screening, and eSource.
  • Design, execute, and continuously improve operating models for each service.
  • Define and track service-level KPIs and use data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop scalable workflows and best practices across the network.
  • Coordinate resources across site-level performance trends and central service teams.
  • Collect and synthesize site feedback to improve services.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams including clinical research specialists, eSource specialists, pre-screeners, and regulatory specialists.
  • Set goals, performance expectations, and provide coaching and development.
  • Ensure teams are properly resourced and trained.
  • Perform related job duties as needed.
