Overview
The Accounting/Finance team manages the organization's financial health and reporting. The Financial Systems Administrator serves as the technical backbone of the division, supporting the integration, evolution, and maintenance of financial systems to enable accurate reporting and strategic decision-making.
The role focuses on managing systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite and SAP Concur, leading upgrades, automating workflows, and supporting employees with financial technologies.
This is a hybrid position with an expectation of on-site work at least one day per week. The role is not eligible for sponsorship, visa support, or relocation assistance.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Provide technical support for Oracle Financials, Kofax Markview, Concur, and related systems
- Identify opportunities for new and existing technologies
- Monitor and maintain systems supporting Oracle Financials
- Review expense report exceptions
- Assist with upgrades and implementations of financial systems and interfaces
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems and initiate resolutions
- Write computer programs, macros, and scripts to enhance and integrate technologies
- Participate in vendor meetings to assess technologies and upgrades
- Support strategic goals for the Finance division
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum two years of hands-on experience with Oracle Financials E-Business Suite or similar systems
- Familiarity with financial accounting and accounting workflows
- Strong MS Excel proficiency including XLOOKUP, INDEX(MATCH), and IFS functions
- Experience editing VBA
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and Concur Travel & Expense
- Understanding of Unix, Linux, and Windows environments
- Experience with network infrastructure and integrating disparate systems
- Experience configuring Concur and writing IBM Cognos Business Intelligence reports
- Ability to resolve user problems and support technical operations

Compensation and Workplace
Consumer Reports is committed to fair and transparent pay practices. The target salary range for this position is $77,044.038 to $79,911.986, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.
