The company is building an application to manage car and home ownership across insurance, maintenance, repairs, buying, and selling. Existing AI systems already automate a large portion of customer interactions, but the infrastructure is fragmented across multiple systems. This role will own the roadmap and platform direction for future AI initiatives including voicebots, computer-use agents, and consumer AI applications.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead end-to-end development for the AI platform and customer experiences from roadmap to rollout
