This role focuses heavily on leading AI-assisted development initiatives while providing technical and people leadership across healthcare-related software delivery.

AI Adoption Leadership

  • Model hands-on use of AI coding tools including Claude and GitHub Copilot.
  • Develop standards for AI-assisted development and validation processes.

  • Coach developers on AI prompting and AI-native workflows.

People Leadership & Team Development

  • Promote continuous improvement and technical craftsmanship.
  • Create development paths combining .NET and AI-augmented practices.

Delivery & Project Execution

  • Own the development backlog and release calendar.

Technical Direction

  • Guide architecture and code quality for the .NET application stack.
