As a BIM Modeler you will be responsible for engaging with any project that requires BIM modeling to model all scopes of work required per BID documents.

Responsibilities
- Engage with any project that requires BIM modeling
- Model all scopes of work required per BID documents or additional site needs
- Ensure the model database is complete prior to the start of modeling
- Use approved submittal parts inputted into the central/project database
- Upload updated models to Procore weekly
- Upload native files to client platform daily
- Complete clash detection of scope of work
- Review constructability and perform QA/QC prior to sign off
- Coordinate scopes of work with owner and other trades
- Sign off applicable areas within scope of work
- Extract isometric or shop drawings after model approval
- Report model status weekly to BIM Lead / Manager
- Issue weekly model dumps for material quantity tracking and procurement

As a Senior Civil Designer with a grading & utility focus, you will work in a collaborative team environment on multi-disciplinary complex projects. You will work closely with licensed engineers on plans and calculations, utilizing your expertise in Civil 3D and CAD software. In addition to sheet production work, you will independently design utilities and surfaces with oversight from an Engineer. You will apply advanced skills in Civil 3D and CAD software to create accurate and efficient design solutions, developing detailed drawings and models to effectively communicate design intent. The role frequently involves designing with Pipe Networks, Pressure Pipe Networks, and Surfaces containing Corridors and Feature Lines. Project scales typically start at approximately 20 acres and often exceed 200 acres for a single campus.
