We are seeking a Senior Applications Engineer to bridge advanced materials development with real-world hardware applications. This role is highly hands-on and execution-focused, translating technical strategy into experiments, prototypes, and validated performance data that inform engineering decisions and customer-facing outcomes. You will work closely with the Director of Engineering to execute development plans, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure effective integration of materials and processes into functional systems.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Execution: Carry out day-to-day engineering tasks, experiments, and project deliverables aligned with technical strategy.
  • Hands-on Assembly & Testing: Execute physical assembly, bonding processes, and performance testing to support material integration.
