Are you an engineering engineer ready to build the technology that transforms how we engage with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) globally? We are seeking a hands-on Senior Salesforce Engineer to drive the evolution of our digital ecosystem and mentor a talented team. You will be a key partner to the IT Director, shaping our future technical roadmap and making the decisions that will define our success for years to come.
What You'll Achieve in Your First 12-18 Months:
Take technical ownership of our core engagement platform (currently centered on Salesforce), improving its performance, scalability, and integration capabilities for our 20+ global markets.
Lead the evaluation and proof-of-concept for new technologies that will form the foundation of our next-generation architecture.
Establish and embed software engineering best practices, fostering a culture of high-quality code, robust design, and continuous improvement within our hybrid engineering team.
Lead the successful delivery of at least one major new product or capability that measurably improves the experience for our sales, brand, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy: Partner with the IT Director and Enterprise Architects to design and govern the technology roadmap, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and future proof.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a hybrid engineering team.
Hands-On Development & Oversight: Conduct code and design reviews, contribute to critical parts of the codebase, and set the standard for technical excellence.
Platform Evolution: Oversee our core CRM platform (Salesforce), ensuring its optimal performance while actively planning its integration with and/or migration to future systems.
Job Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
Hands-on proficiency in at least one modern object-oriented language (e.g., Java, C#/.NET).
Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem (Apex, LWC, integration patterns) is a significant advantage, as it is a core component of our current landscape.
Experience leading software engineering teams in the delivery of digital products.
Proven ability to design, build, and integrate complex, distributed systems.
