This role is based in Lancaster, TX and will have some limited travel required.

In this role, you will:

  • Communicate with multiple Operations team members in an energetic and courteous manner.
  • Manage and update information within the company's Truck Management System.
  • Create and maintain SOP documentation for operations processes.
  • Develop and improve monitoring and auditing of fleet issues, providing technical insights to the engineering team on key issues and suggested improvements.
  • Assist with AV system setup, including cross-checks through checklists and required health checks.
