Challenges Strategic Migration: You will be responsible for architecting and executing the move from CircleCI to GitHub Actions Scalability at Scale: Managing a complex CI that handles 30-machine parallel test runs and optimizing it for speed. Repository Consolidation: Merging codebases into public Open Source repositories.
