  • Collaborative Hospitalist team with 60 physicians which provides internal coverage
  • 58-bed Community Hospital with a 4-bed ICU
  • Block Scheduling - 7 days on/7 days off
  • Comfortable with vent management
  • No nights with Mercy Virtual Care coverage
