.NET Developer (with Java experience)

Location: Gliwice – hybrid (50%)
Salary: 17,000 – 21,000 PLN gross monthly

Position Overview

We are seeking a .NET Developer to join a backend team responsible for building and enhancing systems that support business operations, integrations, and data processing in an international environment. This role focuses mainly on .NET technologies while offering opportunities to collaborate within a broader ecosystem that also includes Java-based solutions.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend applications built on .NET to ensure high performance and reliability
• Designing and implementing APIs that meet business and technical expectations
• Analyzing requirements and delivering new features, improvements, and system enhancements
• Supporting and expanding existing solutions
• Creating and managing integrations with internal and external systems
• Troubleshooting issues, performing root-cause analysis, and ensuring long-term stability
• Cooperating with distributed teams across locations such as Poland and Germany
• Participating in code reviews and shaping coding standards and best practices
• Preparing and maintaining clear, structured technical documentation
• Supporting deployment processes and contributing to CI/CD pipelines

What We Expect From You

• At least 3 years of professional experience in .NET development
• Strong command of C#
• Experience with Java and readiness to work in a combined .NET + Java ecosystem
• Experience in backend development and API creation
• Working knowledge of relational databases
• Familiarity with Git
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams
• Strong communication skills and readiness to collaborate in an international setting
• English at B2 level or higher
