Project Description

Hula is a webservice tool created to manage small to medium size companies. It is mainly targeted to software houses but can also be used in e.g. law firms. Main features include keeping records of clients and contracts, managing rates and discounts, handling project information (duration, team members), invoicing clients, managing employee information (contract details, salaries), tracking contract changes, recording holidays, and providing a system for employees to request and manage vacations.

Your Daily Work Will Include

Executing manual tests and reviewing results
Evaluating the product according to specifications
Reporting and documenting technical issues
Reporting bugs and errors to development teams
Helping troubleshoot issues

Team & Collaboration

Rotating team depending on project needs
Daily Standups (12:30 PM) and retrospectives after release
Communication via chat, email, and calls
Working hours usually 9:00–17:00 CET

Qualifications

Proven experience in Quality Assurance and manual web application testing
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Very good English (at least B2)
High attention to detail and precision
Very organized
Experience with Excel

Nice to Have

Knowledge of JIRA
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum
Basic knowledge of version control systems
Willingness to constantly develop skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in testing methodologies
ISTQB knowledge is a plus

Technical phone screening (~30 minutes)
Technical interview (~2 hours)
Non-technical call with hiring manager (~45 minutes)
