Our client is a French-based international group of media companies. It is a long-term project. There are optional night-time deployment sessions every other Wednesday at 10:00 PM. Our working hours are 8 hours and 30 minutes from Monday to Thursday, and 6 hours on Fridays, with the option to work 8 hours from Monday to Friday. You can choose to work remotely or from the office. While remote work is welcome, attendance at the Warsaw office is encouraged 1 to 3 times a week. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 4 years of development experience using Java 8–25. Strong knowledge of design patterns, multithreading and immutability. Knowledge of such frameworks as Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, WebFlux), MyBatis, TestContainers. Experience with SQL and NoSQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis), Confluence, Kafka, and the ability to work with ORM (Object-Relational Mapping). Understanding of software architecture, including microservices, RESTful architecture, Kubernetes, Docker, SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), and SSO (Okta, CAS, IAM). Experience with testing tools: Unit testing (JUnit, Mockito), integration and acceptance testing (Spock), support for performance testing (JMeter, K6). Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools: Git (Bitbucket, GitLab), Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitLab Pipelines. High degree of independence, accountability for results and attention to the quality of implementation. Understanding of the basic principles of web application security (e.g. OWASP).
