The Role

Experienced professionals in product management and UX/product design leadership roles are invited to participate in research projects focused on workflow management tools and development processes. The focus is on individuals involved in evaluating, selecting, purchasing, or making decisions about workflow management tools within their organizations.

If you have the necessary experience, you will complete a 10–15 minute assessment to evaluate your suitability for research tasks. Successful candidates join as participants and get paid to share their expertise with researchers and organisations. Researchers typically pay up to $200 per hour, and some tasks require one hour of uninterrupted work.

Eligibility

Manager-level position or above
Work in Product Management or UX/Product Design
Currently use or are considering workflow management tools
Participate in decision-making regarding development, product, or workflow management tools

This is a bench model. Verification of credentials provides eligibility for projects as they become available, based on demand and profile matching.

What You'll Bring

Manager-level experience or higher in product management or product design
Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, or managing workflow management tools
Familiarity with software, product, or design development workflows
Involvement in purchasing decisions, tool selection, budgeting, or strategic recommendations related to development and collaboration tools

Responsibilities

Complete a paid screener assessing background and suitability
Participate in AI-moderated interviews and written tasks
Complete qualitative surveys and feedback activities
Share insights on workflow management practices and tool selection

Key Technologies

Direct experience with Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, GitLab Issues/Boards, Shortcut, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com is required.
