The Role

We are inviting experienced professionals in product management and UX/product design leadership roles to participate in research projects focused on workflow management tools and development processes. We are particularly interested in individuals involved in evaluating, selecting, purchasing, or making decisions about workflow management tools within their organizations.

If you meet the criteria, you will complete a 10–15 minute paid screener to assess your suitability. Successful candidates will join as participants and complete paid research tasks, including AI-moderated interviews, written tasks, and qualitative surveys. Researchers typically pay up to $200 per hour. Some tasks require one hour of uninterrupted work, though many are shorter.

This opportunity operates on a bench model. Verified professionals gain eligibility for research opportunities as they become available, based on project demand and profile matching.

Eligibility Criteria

Hold a Manager-level position or above
Work in Product Management or UX/Product Design
Currently use or are actively considering workflow management tools
Participate in decision-making regarding development, product, or workflow management tools

What You’ll Bring

Manager-level experience or higher in product management or product design
Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, or managing workflow management tools
Familiarity with software development, product development, or design workflows
Involvement in purchasing decisions, tool selection, budgeting, or strategic recommendations related to development and collaboration tools

What You’ll Be Doing

Complete a paid screener to assess background and suitability
Participate in AI-moderated interviews and written tasks
Complete qualitative surveys and feedback activities
Share insights about workflow management practices, tool selection, and organizational needs

Key Technologies

Direct experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, GitLab Issues/Boards, Shortcut, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com is required.
