The role

We are inviting experienced professionals in product management and UX/product design leadership roles to participate in research projects focused on workflow management tools and development processes. We are particularly interested in individuals involved in evaluating, selecting, purchasing, or making decisions about workflow management tools within their organizations.

If you have the necessary experience, you'll complete a quick 10- to 15-minute test to assess your suitability for research tasks. Successful participants will be invited to join as paid participants and share expertise with researchers and organizations.

Researchers looking for your skills tend to pay up to $200 per hour. You must be prepared to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work, though many are shorter.

Eligibility

  • Hold a Manager-level position or above
  • Work in Product Management or UX/Product Design
  • Currently use, or are actively considering using, workflow management tools
  • Participate in decision-making regarding development, product, or workflow management tools within an organization

What you'll bring

  • Manager-level experience or higher in product management or product design functions

  • Participate in AI-moderated interviews and written tasks
  • Complete qualitative surveys and feedback activities
  • Share insights about workflow management practices, tool selection, and organizational needs

Key Technologies

Direct experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, GitLab Issues/Boards, Shortcut, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com is required.
