About The Role

What You Will Do
- Lead the IT team, providing technical direction, mentorship, and performance development
- Manage fully on-prem infrastructure, including Windows Server 2019, virtualization, storage, and multi-site redundancy
- Administer and harden firewalls, VPN, routing, and perimeter security; maintain a strong and measurable security posture
- Oversee Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, and core Microsoft server services
- Conduct ongoing risk assessments, vulnerability mitigation, and infrastructure lifecycle planning
- Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and remediation
- Maintain and test backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and change-management standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to support system requirements and ensure reliable service delivery
- Coordinate installation, configuration, and integration of internal systems and tools
