As a Senior Executive Assistant – Corporate Treasury, you will be working for our client, a forward-thinking organization committed to operational efficiency and financial excellence. Your main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks related to corporate treasury activities to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence with precision and professionalism.
  • Support treasury team members by preparing documentation, financial reports, and data analysis.
  • Assist with basic budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking related to treasury functions.
  • Maintain and organize treasury-related digital files and office supplies efficiently.
  • Provide excellent client-facing and internal communication support with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements and help streamline treasury administrative procedures.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative or support roles, preferably within finance or treasury departments.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and strong team collaboration skills.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

  • Experience working in an international or corporate setting.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or budgeting processes.
  • Fluency in additional languages.

Language Required for the role:
Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
