Salesforce QA Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mid Salesforce QA Engineer to join our team working for an international client from the HVAC/manufacturing industry. If you have a solid QA background, understand Salesforce architecture, and want to work in an autonomous, Agile environment, this role is for you!

Our expectations

  • Minimum 3+ years of commercial QA experience, with a strong focus on software testing within Salesforce environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects).

  • Proven experience with test automation tools compatible with Salesforce (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Appium, Tosca, or similar).

  • API Testing: Hands-on knowledge of API testing and tools (e.g., Postman, REST/SOAP).

  • CI/CD & Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitHub.

  • Strong experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment within cross-functional teams.

  • Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or QA-specific).

  • Industry Knowledge: Exposure to Service to Retention processes in the HVAC or manufacturing sector.

  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level) used daily in an international setup.

  • Availability: Immediate availability or a very short notice period is highly preferred.

Key tasks

  • Monitor and report on test execution, defects, and quality metrics.

  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to define test strategies.

  • Support release management and deployment validation processes.

  • Write and update platform documentation, as well as conduct stakeholder trainings and live demos.

  • Actively participate in Agile/Scrum development lifecycle events and contribute to a self-organizing, autonomous team.
