Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Mid-level Tester / QA Specialist to join our team and support the delivery of ongoing projects.The selected candidate will become part of a 4-person QA team and will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of CRM systems quality.
Client: a nationwide grocery retail chain with over 10,000 locations in Poland.
Responsibilities
Analyzing, designing, and executing functional and integration test cases
Designing and maintaining test documentation and test scenarios
Collaborating closely with the development team to ensure the highest product quality
Identifying, reporting, and tracking system defects across testing environments
Performing regression, UAT, interface, integration, functional, and exploratory testing
Participating in requirements analysis and implementation design reviews
Proposing improvements to testing processes and product quality
Contributing to the development of testing standards and best practices
Supporting release processes and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Presenting tested solutions to stakeholders
Requirements

4 years of professional experience, including:
2 years of experience testing Salesforce applications
At least 2 years of experience testing web applications
Experience working with REST APIs
Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong individual work organization
Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to optimize testing processes
High effectiveness in fast-changing project environments, maintaining high-quality processes even under time pressure
