The project is focused on developing and supporting a SaaS reservation platform for the travel and transportation industry. It includes building automated testing solutions to ensure the reliability, consistency, and resilience of complex integration workflows and booking services. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Developing and implementing synthetic integration tests that simulate real-world user interactions across our platform. 

  • Automating end-to-end test scenarios for websites and APIs to detect failures early. 

  • Integrate testing frameworks into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous validation of system integrity. 

  • Working closely with Development and DevOps teams to enhance observability and improve incident detection. 

  • Collaborating with developers to ensure best practices for testability and maintainability in software design. 

  • Contributing to monitoring and alerting strategies by ensuring that test failures provide meaningful insights. 

Must-haves: 

  • Experience in software quality assurance for 4+ years. 

  • Strong experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Pact, Karate, or similar). 

  • Proficiency in scripting and programming (Java, JavaScript). 

  • Hands-on experience with API and webpage testing. 

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation in environments like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI. 

  • Experience with observability and monitoring tool (e.g. Prometheus and Grafana). 

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
