We are supporting an international MedTech organization undergoing a global SAP transformation (ECC → S/4HANA).
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of business and IT, within a highly regulated environment.

Your role

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP transformation projects (ECC → S/4HANA)

  • Coordinate activities across technical, functional and business teams

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Technology Leadership and Enterprise Architecture

  • Ensure alignment between business processes and system solutions

  • Manage timelines, risks and dependencies in a regulated environment (compliance, validation)

Your profile

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in IT/system-related projects

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership
