The project is focused on collaborating with FinTech initiatives to develop and enhance innovative financial solutions. It involves implementing digital platforms, improving customer experience, and integrating new technologies. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Leading end-to-end implementation of core banking modules and managing project delivery, timelines, resources, and milestones. 

  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements, providing solution recommendations, and ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs. 

  • Managing project teams, fostering collaboration, and driving high-performance delivery. 

  • Acting as the main liaison between business, IT teams, vendors, and external stakeholders. 

  • Monitoring project progress, risks, and issues, and ensuring effective communication across all parties. 

  • Overseeing integrations with middleware, APIs, third-party systems, and banking platforms. 

  • Supporting deployment and operational optimization using modern cloud and container technologies (OCI, OpenShift, OKE). 

  • Ensuring implementation of secure, scalable, and compliant banking solutions using modern databases, DevOps, and integration tools. 

  • Driving digital transformation initiatives within the Islamic finance domain. 

  • Ensuring compliance with SAMA regulations, security standards, and Islamic Shariah principles. 

Must-haves: 

  • Experience in project management for 5+ years, including 2+ years within the financial sector. 

  • Proven experience in implementing and deploying core banking system modules.
