Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating team-level events including Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Iteration Reviews/Retrospectives to ensure flow and alignment.

  • Coaching the team on Agile and SAFe principles to improve self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and predictable delivery of value.

  • Removing impediments and blockers by collaborating with other teams, System Architects, and the Product Owner to maintain a smooth execution of the Iteration.

  • Supporting the Product Owner in refining the team backlog, writing actionable user stories, and preparing for PI (Program Increment) Planning events.

  • Tracking and visualizing team metrics


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years as a Scrum Master (at least 1 year in SAFe)

  • English at B2 level and Polish at C1 level.

  • Hands-on proficiency in managing boards, backlogs, and team metrics using tools like Jira, Miro, or Jira Align.

  • Deep understanding of Scaled Agile Framework principles, preferably backed by a certification like SSM or SP.

  • Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps culture to effectively support technical teams.

Exceptional servant leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills to remove blockers and coach self-organizing teams.
