 Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver initiatives within the Funds Change team. The role focuses on driving projects across key investment fund operations areas, including Middle Office, Fund Accounting, Pricing, Transfer Agency, Collateral, and Reconciliation.

This position plays a key role in delivering process improvements, implementing technical solutions, and managing complex, cross-functional projects to support the optimization and standardization of fund services.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Plan, manage, and execute multiple projects across fund operations, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met

  • Scope Management: Control scope changes and ensure alignment with business goals

  • Dependency Management: Identify and manage cross-team and regional dependencies

  • Business Value Focus: Ensure delivered solutions drive real business impact and adoption

  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and align stakeholders across Middle Office, Fund Accounting, and Transfer Agency teams

  • Communication & Change Management: Drive adoption of process and system changes across teams

  • Risk Management: Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies

  • Resource Management: Allocate and prioritize resources effectively across projects

  • Book of Work Ownership: Manage project pipeline and align initiatives with strategic priorities

  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve issues across teams and stakeholders

  • System & Process Improvements: Support system implementations, onboarding, and operational enhancements

  • Team Support: Contribute to team activities, support leadership, and help foster a collaborative environment

 Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management in a complex organization

  • 3+ years of experience in the investment funds domain (Fund Accounting, Middle Office, or Transfer Agency)

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies

  • Experience in risk management and mitigation planning

  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional and global teams

  • Experience working with external vendors and offshore teams
