Design, implement and optimize API services using Node.js, AWS and GitLab
Troubleshooting and bug fixing
System performance optimization
Technical documentation, including program code and system design documents
Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to clarify requirements and resolve issues
Requirements
3+ years of experience with DAM systems, including hands-on experience with Cloudinary
Confident use of Git and understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Strong working knowledge of AWS services, including CloudWatch (Logs Insights, X-Ray Traces, Metrics), DynamoDB, S3, SNS, SQS, Lambda, API Gateway; experience with CloudFormation and AWS CDK is a plus
Experience with microservices architecture and protocols such as HTTP, REST and GraphQL
Proven AI experience
Practical experience with databases, e.g., DynamoDB, Astra
Understanding of DAM/PIM and eCommerce domain concepts
Knowledge of HTML/CSS, including experience with SASS/SCSS
Experience with Backends for Frontends (BFF) and Express
Understanding of security principles and experience with SAST tools
Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright)
Experience with monitoring tools such as NewRelic or other observability solutions
