We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Digital Asset Management (DAM), with a strong focus on the Cloudinary platform.
Responsibilities
- New feature development and support for DAM migration
- Configuration of the Cloudinary platform
- Design, implement and optimize API services using Node.js, AWS and GitLab
- Troubleshooting and bug fixing
- System performance optimization
- Technical documentation, including program code and system design documents
- Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to clarify requirements and resolve issues
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with DAM systems, including hands-on experience with Cloudinary
- Confident use of Git and understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Strong working knowledge of AWS services, including CloudWatch (Logs Insights, X-Ray Traces, Metrics), DynamoDB, S3, SNS, SQS, Lambda, API Gateway; experience with CloudFormation and AWS CDK is a plus
- Experience with microservices architecture and protocols such as HTTP, REST and GraphQL
- Proven AI experience
- Practical experience with databases, e.g., DynamoDB, Astra
- Understanding of DAM/PIM and eCommerce domain concepts
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, including experience with SASS/SCSS
- Experience with Backends for Frontends (BFF) and Express
- Understanding of security principles and experience with SAST tools
- Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright)
- Experience with monitoring tools such as NewRelic or other observability solutions
