Au sein d’une direction des opérations, vous interviendrez comme expert de la plateforme de monitoring et de supervision. La mission consiste à assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle des outils de supervision et à piloter les évolutions techniques de la plateforme.
Missions principales
- Coordination d’une équipe d’environ 10 personnes
- Pilotage des activités de monitoring et supervision
- Gestion du MCO de la plateforme
- Coordination avec les chefs de projets
- Participation aux mises en production
- Mise en place du monitoring des nouveaux services
- Garant technique des livrables et de l’exploitabilité
