Refonte de l'ensemble des pages web et réorganisation de la structure du contenu dans le cadre d'une nouvelle stratégie de marque. L'objectif principal est d’assurer la conception et la mise en forme de contenus éditoriaux conformes aux directives du site web, tout en respectant les valeurs de la marque.
Responsabilités :
- Définir, suivre et partager un rétroplanning pour chaque projet.
- Effectuer des recherches : collecter des informations auprès des équipes internes (Brand Content, Design, Marketing, Produit, Juridique, etc.).
- Rédiger : créer des contenus clairs et optimisés en collaboration.
- Valider : coordonner les retours et garantir la conformité (marque, technique, légal).
- Mettre en page : proposer la structure éditoriale et les blocs.
- Créer des maquettes sur FIGMA et des briefs en Excel selon le template existant.
Must Have :
- Fluence en Anglais et Français à l’écrit et à l’oral (niveau C2 minimum).
- Maîtrise du maquettage dans FIGMA.
- Bonne pratique d’Excel.
- Connaissance des normes SEO et du UX writing.

Main Responsibilities: Shape the content design practice Establish content design processes, standards, and workflows within the Design team Define and maintain voice and tone guidelines across products and platforms Introduce content-first thinking into design and product development Create templates, patterns, and documentation to ensure consistency Deliver content for complex products Write clear, user-focused content for digital banking journeys (onboarding, transactions, servicing) Translate complex financial and regulatory concepts into simple, understandable language Ensure content is effective across channels (app, web, messaging, notifications) Create content that is scannable, actionable, and contextually relevant Collaborate across the organisation Work closely with UX designers, researchers, product owners, and developers Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and clarity Present content decisions and rationale to senior stakeholders Build relationships across business units and navigate complex structures Ensure quality and enable others Review and quality-assure content across projects Maintain brand consistency and accessibility standards Mentor team members on content best practices Use data and user feedback to continuously improve content Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design Requirements Experience: 6+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a related field Proven experience in banking or financial services (required) Experience working in large, complex organizations Track record of delivering content for regulated digital products Skills: Strong ability to simplify complex information without losing accuracy Deep understanding of UX principles and user journeys Familiarity with tools such as Figma and content management systems Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive content practices Excellent written and spoken English Mindset: Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and building new processes Strong collaboration and influencing skills without formal authority Ability to explain content decisions to non-content stakeholders Curiosity about emerging trends in content design and customer experience Balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
