Translate technical direction into working code, flagging risks, blockers, or open questions early. Document key technical decisions and progress to keep the team aligned as the platform takes shape. Collaborate with the team and other stakeholders to validate deliverables and incorporate feedback. Fullstack profile — comfortable with both front-end (JS/Vite or similar) and back-end/integration work. Experience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and app registrations. Independent and proactive — able to lead technical conversations with IT without hand- holding. Strong communication skills — can explain technical decisions to a non-technical audience.
