Job description: 

As an Intune and M365 Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and continuous improvement of modern workplace and Microsoft 365 services. You will work across endpoint management and collaboration platforms to ensure secure, stable, and user-friendly services in managed enterprise environments.  

 

As an Intune and M365 Administrator, you will: 

  • Configure and maintain unified endpoint management service (Microsoft Intune) 

  • Deploy new images to endpoints and enroll new devices 

  • Prepare, test and release software application packages alongside security updates to production environment 

  • Collaborate on the documentation and maintenance of standard configurations that align with organizational security policies 

  • Manage Microsoft 365 platform and collaboration tools (Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business) 

  • Setup new tenants in hybrid or cloud-only environments 

  • Participate in migration of modern workplaces (emails, sites, messages, files) 

  • Streamline operational efficiency through PowerShell scripting to automate repetitive tasks 

 

Required technical and professional expertise: 

  • Proficiency in Intune, Entra ID and M365 in hybrid and cloud-only environments 

  • Experience in application packaging in Intune 

  • Practice in large scale endpoint migration using Autopilot 

 

Nice to have 

  • Expertise in migrating data and applications from on-premises environments to Microsoft 365 and between different tenants, including familiarity with migration tools and best practices (e.g. Quest, ShareGate, BitTitan

  • Willingness and readiness to communicate directly with customers while handling and resolving support requests  

  • A customer-focused, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to understand and empathize with the customer’s perspective  

  • Patience, attention to detail, and composure in high-pressure or crisis situations  

  • Experience working in an SLA-driven support or managed services environment  

  • Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, request, change, and escalation processes  

  • German language skills 

  

This role requires collaboration with customers from all around the world, therefore fluency in English is required (minimum B2 level). German language will be a huge benefit.
