Introduction & Summary:
This role focuses on maintaining the security and functionality of a large firewall environment through regular updates, addressing vulnerabilities, and executing service requests efficiently to safeguard network integrity. The ideal candidate will possess very good networking knowledge and excellent know-how in Fortinet and Checkpoint technologies.
Main Responsibilities:
Technical planning of updates.
Preparation of necessary activities and creation of change requests.
If required, present the activities in various Change Advisory Boards.
Execution and post-implementation review of updates.
Execution of firewall service orders (e.g., firewall rule activations and deletions).
Key Requirements:
Very good networking knowledge.
Excellent know-how in Fortinet and Checkpoint technologies.
Knowledge of GitLab and Ansible.
High commitment to the quality of work.
Experience in dealing with internal and external customers.
Good communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in a banking-regulated environment
