Azure DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong focus on Azure DevOps (ADO), Terraform, and Power Platforms. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design, development, and deployment of software solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet our business objectives. This position requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively within a team and drive projects to successful completion.

Location: Hybrid 3 days from Wroclaw

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain software applications using best practices and modern development methodologies.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO) to streamline the software development lifecycle.
Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources.
Leverage Power Platforms to create efficient business solutions and enhance user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues, implementing effective solutions.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing development workflows and CI/CD processes.
Proficient in Terraform for infrastructure automation and management.
Experience with Power Platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
Understanding of cloud platforms beyond Azure, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
Experience with database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Azure, DevOps, or related technologies are a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
