We are looking for a Lead Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team.

Short Role Description:
As a Lead Azure DevOps Engineer, you will take a hands-on role in designing, deploying, and maintaining Azure-based platform infrastructure and DevOps tooling. Alongside senior-level engineering responsibilities, you will act as a technical lead, guiding DevOps practices, supporting development teams, and driving continuous improvements in reliability, security, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure and shared platform services
Design and align Cloud architecture with customer
Own and drive architectural topics with the solution architect, client, and stakeholders
Maintain and evolve existing Azure environments, including building new infrastructure from scratch
Drive DevOps best practices related to scalability, reliability, security, and automation
Improve CI/CD processes, pipelines, and automation
Improve monitoring, alerting, and overall operational visibility
Collaborate closely with development teams to enable efficient and stable delivery
Participate in development team stand-ups and technical discussions as a DevOps lead
Work with QA teams to integrate functional and automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changes in the technical stack and processes
Take a proactive approach to implementing and continuously improving DevOps practices
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments from an infrastructure or DevOps perspective
Familiarity with Power Platform and the broader Microsoft enterprise ecosystem
What We Expect from You:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Azure DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Landing Zones, Front Door, Storage, App Service, Azure SQL Database)
Experience with or readiness to work on modern Azure compute services (Azure Container Apps, AKS, Azure Functions)
Solid Infrastructure-as-Code expertise (Bicep, Terraform)
