As a Test Lead – Banking / Mortgage Services, you will be working for our client, a leader in the financial sector, focusing on mortgage processing and loan management solutions. You will help optimize and ensure the quality of end-to-end testing processes for mortgage applications, from registration to fund disbursement, across various core systems. Your main responsibilities:
- Lead testing initiatives for mortgage workflows in systems such as Hipster, NeW, Hipoteka, ICBS, and OneAPP.
- Develop and oversee detailed testing scenarios and scripts for end-to-end process validation.
- Coordinate and communicate testing activities across cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with Agile methodologies and best practices in test automation and execution.
- Analyze testing outcomes, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Document testing processes and results to support quality assurance and audits.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting test excellence.
- Collaborate closely with back-end and front-end teams to streamline testing workflows.

- 7+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in financial or banking sectors.
