Senior Mortgage Testing Lead – Financial Services

As a Senior Mortgage Testing Lead, you will be working for our client, a leader in the financial sector, focusing on mortgage processing and loan management solutions. You will help optimize and ensure the quality of end-to-end testing processes for mortgage applications, from registration to fund disbursement, across various core systems. This role offers a unique chance to impact the reliability of critical financial operations while advancing your leadership career.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead testing initiatives for mortgage workflows in systems such as Hipster, NeW, Hipoteka, ICBS, and OneAPP.
• Develop and oversee detailed testing scenarios and scripts for end-to-end process validation.
• Coordinate and communicate testing activities across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with Agile methodologies and best practices in test automation and execution.
• Analyze testing outcomes, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Document testing processes and results to support quality assurance and audits.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting test excellence.
• Collaborate closely with back-end and front-end teams to streamline testing workflows.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 7+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in financial or banking sectors.
• Strong expertise in testing techniques, tools, and frameworks.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in coordinating testing teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and test automation processes.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and testing management tools like JIRA.
• Experience in creating testing frameworks for back-end applications.
• Good command of the Polish language.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Knowledge of mortgage systems such as Hipster, NeW, Hipoteka, ICBS, and OneAPP.
• Experience in testing mobile applications in collaboration with back-end and front-end teams.
