We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester / Performance Test Engineer to join a project focused on performance testing of web-based applications, API, microservices, and PEGA-based systems.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE), including scripting with TrueClient and HTTP/HTML protocols, as well as a solid understanding of API and microservices performance testing.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE).
Create, enhance, and maintain TrueClient and HTTP/HTML scripts for web-based applications.
Conduct performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
Prepare performance test plans, workload models, test scenarios, and test reports.
Analyze application and system performance bottlenecks.
Provide recommendations for performance tuning and optimization.
Perform API and microservices performance testing, including service virtualization where required.
Monitor system performance using tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Sysdig, Grafana, or similar.
Collaborate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams to identify and resolve performance issues.
Support performance testing activities for applications built on the PEGA platform.

Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing.
Strong expertise in LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE).
Practical experience with TrueClient scripting.
Strong experience with HTTP/HTML scripting.
Good understanding of API and microservices architecture.
Experience in performance testing of PEGA applications.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English.

Nice to have

Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Sysdig, AppDynamics, Grafana, and Splunk.
Experience with CI/CD integration for performance testing.
SQL knowledge for backend validation.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
