We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester / Performance Test Engineer to join a project focused on performance testing of web-based applications, API, microservices, and PEGA-based systems.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE), including scripting with TrueClient and HTTP/HTML protocols, as well as a solid understanding of API and microservices performance testing.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE).

  • Create, enhance, and maintain TrueClient and HTTP/HTML scripts for web-based applications.

  • Conduct performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.

  • Prepare performance test plans, workload models, test scenarios, and test reports.

  • Analyze application and system performance bottlenecks.

  • Provide recommendations for performance tuning and optimization.

  • Perform API and microservices performance testing, including service virtualization where required.

  • Monitor system performance using tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Sysdig, Grafana, or similar.

  • Collaborate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams to identify and resolve performance issues.

  • Support performance testing activities for applications built on the PEGA platform.

  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing.
