Senior Manual Tester (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Senior Manual Tester to support a team of a global company operating in the electric mobility and energy domain. The project focuses on building and operating a platform that supports public charging services, energy solutions, and e-commerce functionalities across Scandinavian markets (Sweden, Norway, Denmark). The team works on a modern, microservice-based ecosystem enabling large-scale integrations, complex backend flows, and end-to-end customer journeys in the area of electric mobility and energy services.

Your tasks

  • Planning and executing integration, system, and usability testing

  • Participating in end-to-end and UAT testing activities

  • Validating complex backend flows across multiple microservices and integrations

  • Collaborating with developers to understand critical paths and ensure product stability

  • Strengthening cooperation with other development teams

  • Working closely with cross-functional and cross-team stakeholders to improve overall product quality

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in software testing, including planning, execution, and evaluation of tests

  • Strong background in backend testing within microservice-based, asynchronous, and event-driven architectures

  • Hands-on practice with API testing (Postman, Swagger), messaging flows (AWS SNS/SQS), and validation of data across integrated services

  • Practical knowledge of test and defect management tools such as Jira, TestRail, and Xray

  • Confidence in working with SQL databases, logs, and request tracing to ensure end-to-end quality

  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile testing approaches

  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with multiple development and cross-functional teams

  • Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken

  • Residing in Poland required

Nice-to-have requirements

  • Previous work in automation testing of mobile and web applications

  • Knowledge of REST API standards, HTTP protocols, and API contract validation

  • Experience or domain knowledge related to card payments or card management

  • ISTQB Foundation Level and/or ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst certification
