Solution Architect (Java + Cloud) / Team Lead/Presales
Senior • Remote
25,000 - 31,900 PLN
Warsaw, Poland
We're looking for someone who blends the skills of a Solution Architect, Presales Consultant, and Team Lead- all in one role.
If you're deeply at home in the Java ecosystem and cloud environments, know how to hold a meaningful conversation with a client, ask the right business and technical questions, put together solid estimations, and translate client needs into coherent solution architecture, we'd love to talk.
Leading and growing a team will also be a key part of what you do here.
Who we are:
We are Inspeerity (part of DevelopX group), engineering consultancy providing software development and consultancy. Our primary expertise is systems architecture and full stack development – from defining project requirements, to designing, building, and deploying software applications for web, backend, enterprise and mobile. We are crazy about technology, serious about people.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead presales activities and join client meetings as a trusted technical partner and advisor.
Analyze client needs by asking sharp, probing questions that uncover business goals, constraints, and non-functional requirements.
Design solution architectures built on a Java backend stack and cloud services.
Develop solution concepts, high-level architectural designs, and technology recommendations- and contribute to proposals and presentations.
Deliver presentations, workshops, and demos to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales, delivery, and engineering teams to shape proposals that are both compelling and technically feasible.
Create effort estimations, define scope, and identify costs and risks for proposed solutions.
Support RFI/RFP responses and contribute to the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
Act as a Team Lead- organizing team workflow, mentoring members, supporting their growth, and ensuring the quality of delivered solutions.
Establish architectural best practices and team-wide working standards.
Conduct technical interviews as part of the hiring process.
You will be the best fit if you have:
Several years of hands-on experience in a role such as Solution Architect, Lead Developer, Technical Architect, Presales Architect, or similar.
Strong command of Java and proven experience designing modern, distributed systems.
Practical experience working with cloud platforms- AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Broad architectural knowledge spanning system integration, APIs, microservices, monolithic and hybrid architectures, security, scalability, reliability, and cloud-native approaches.
Experience leading client conversations, discovery workshops, and solution presentations for both technical and business audiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A natural ability to ask the right questions, listen actively, and translate client needs into clear, actionable technology recommendations.
Experience preparing effort estimations, project scopes, assumptions, and risk assessments.
Leadership experience: managing a team, mentoring, delegating effectively, and supporting the professional growth of specialists.
The ability to connect the dots between business, sales, and technology perspectives.
Fluency in both Polish and English- written and spoken.
Nice to have:
Experience preparing and facilitating architectural workshops.
Familiarity with architectural tools, standards, and solution modeling practices.
Background in a consulting, software house, or systems integrator environment.
Cloud or architecture certifications.
Experience with proposal preparation for enterprise clients or involvement in tender/RFP processes.
What we offer:
Remote work or working from our Bialystok, Warsaw, Rzeszow offices. It's up to you!
Great working conditions and best equipment.
Private, comprehensive medical cover.
Physical and psychological care with Multisport Card and Mindgram application.
Real influence over the direction of solution development, proposals, and architectural standards.
The opportunity to blend technical, advisory, and leadership responsibilities in one role.
Collaboration with clients on complex Java and cloud-based projects.
The space to build and grow a team, and to mentor specialists along the way.
A high degree of autonomy, a true partnership culture, and a genuine say in technology decisions and the evolution of the company's service offerings.
And most important...You'll work with experienced, committed people who will appreciate you, your skills and knowledge and give you support when you need it.
