Position overview
We are looking for a Power Automate Developer with strong experience in the Microsoft Power Platform to design, build, and maintain business process automation solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to automate workflows, improve efficiency, and deliver scalable low-code solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate
Build and customize solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and external systems
Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient automation solutions
Optimize and support existing flows and applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for automated processes
Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers
Ensure solutions follow best practices, security standards, and governance guidelines

3+ years of experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform

Leverage Microsoft Copilot Studio: Utilize Microsoft Copilot Studio to create, customize, and optimize AI agents, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver robust AI-driven solutions. Continuous Improvement: Monitor agent performance, collect user feedback, and implement enhancements for accuracy and user satisfaction. Ensure Compliance and Security: Adhere to data privacy, security, and compliance standards throughout the AI agent lifecycle.
