Key Accountabilities:

  • Explore, learn, and analyze the system to create innovative tests in collaboration with the project team.

  • Automate testing by creating or improving test systems and developing test scripts.

  • Execute manual and automated tests.

  • Document test activities in accordance with existing procedures.

  • Design, build, and maintain test environments.

  • Continuously strive for improvements.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, electronics, or a related field.

  • Experience and interest in software or system development, especially testing.

  • Experience defining test scope and creating test cases based on requirements.

  • Knowledge of Python.

  • Knowledge of analog and digital electronics.

  • Experience with communication buses and protocols.

  • Experience in desktop application testing with XML configuration.

  • Very good verbal and written English skills.

 

Nice to have:

  • ISTQB certification.

  • Experience with Robot Framework.

  • Experience in the maritime industry.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps and DevOps methodologies.

  • Experience with PowerShell or Batch scripting.
