Your tasks
Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks aligned with system architecture and business goals
Creating and executing automated tests and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
Collaborating with Product Owners and QA teams to decide what and when to automate
Advising on test strategies, tools, best practices, and quality standards at both team and organizational levels
Supporting the team with manual testing activities when needed
Analyzing test results, preparing clear reports, and communicating outcomes to stakeholders
Identifying, analyzing, and reporting testing and project risks
Participating actively in Scrum ceremonies and the full Software Development Life Cycle
Acting as a QA Automation mentor, contributing to QA Communities of Practice, and supporting onboarding and recruitment processes
Requirements
At least 5 years of professional QA experience, including a minimum of 3 years in automation
Strong programming skills in Java
Experience building test automation frameworks from scratch
Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium / Selenide, TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber (BDD)
Solid experience in API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or Swagger
Practical expertise in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Strong understanding of testing fundamentals, including the test pyramid, different test levels, regression testing, integration testing, and performance basics
Very good communication skills, both in English and Polish
Residing in Poland required
