About us:
We currently have a Digital Product & IT department of over 140 people, including Developers, DevOps Engineers, Testers, Project Owners, and Architects. In our daily work, we deliver projects that open up new opportunities for us and our customers. We primarily develop our website and mobile application, as well as internal systems that support and automate our work.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and enhancing a proprietary CRM system used by over 2,000 Call Center consultants and a nationwide franchise network
Working within an architecture based on dozens of microservices representing key business domains
Updating and standardizing the technology stack (React, Node.js), planning and delivering technical debt reduction initiatives, as well as developing application monitoring and observability
Designing and developing scalable Node.js-based back-end systems, including expanding their role within the overall system architecture
Influencing the direction of front-end and back-end architecture, code quality, and the stability of production solutions
Developing and maintaining the testing layer for JavaScript applications, including unit and integration tests
Close collaboration with the Product Owner to deliver initiatives planned in quarterly cycles, in line with the SAFe framework
Requirements:
Core Technologies
Strong commercial experience with React and Node.js (min. 5 years)
Practical experience with TypeScript and Next.js
Engineering & Architecture
Experience building and maintaining high-performance systems (processing 1M+ orders annually)
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
Experience with frontend unit and integration testing
Familiarity with browser debugging tools (e.g. Chrome DevTools)
Development Workflow & Collaboration
Proficiency in Git and modern development workflows
Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers
Experience in mentoring developers, sharing knowledge, and promoting best engineering practices
Communication & Organization
Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level)
