Agentforce Developer (SF1)

Responsibilities

• Build Salesforce Agentforce configurations and Einstein Copilot customizations for Sales and Finance workflows.

• Develop custom components, triggers, and batch jobs using Apex and LWC.

• Connect agents to enterprise systems like ERP, HR, and Finance backends via REST APIs or integration fabrics.

• Execute QA, test-driven development, regression suites, and UAT coordination.

• Manage deployment lifecycles, sandbox strategies, and post-go-live monitoring.

• Apply security best practices and configure agent performance monitoring.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience.

• At least one Agentforce or Einstein Copilot production delivery is required.

• Deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud data models.

• Collaborative mindset to work closely with business process owners for scenario validation.

• Highly adaptable under delivery pressure without over-engineering initial solutions.
