What is the TSG internship program all about?

By joining TSG as an intern, you’ll become a full-fledged member of the team, which means that you won’t just be learning for three months, you’ll also have a real impact on our products. What will you be doing?

  • Implementing new functionalities based on the given specifications and guidelines;

  • Searching for references needed to carry out the tasks based on set guidelines and consult them with a leader;

  • Willingness to learn new things and being open to the ideas of others;

  • Seeking knowledge, not being afraid to ask questions about certain product modules/functionalities/technologies/solutions;

  • Testing & verifying your work before delivering - dev tests, unit tests, code reviews, etc.;

  • Collaborating with the product team and work closely with the development team (QAs, game designers, frontend developers);

  • Fixing bugs and performance issues;

  • Learning and ensuring high standards and good coding practices;

  • Participating in the daily life of the backend product team.

What are we looking for?

  • Basic knowledge of Java;

  • Analytical problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in computer science;

  • Knowledge of the GIT version control system;

  • “Can do” attitude;

  • Good communication skills and being a team player;

  • Understanding of OOP paradigm;
