As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be working for our client, a globally recognized IT organization dedicated to delivering cutting-edge digital solutions.

Your main responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the delivery process of complex IT products, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Release Managers to develop and execute comprehensive project roadmaps.
- Monitor progress against KPIs, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to guarantee project success.
- Facilitate agile practices within teams, encouraging continuous improvement and lean methodologies.
- Support backlog management, sprint planning, and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Drive technical discussions, understanding architecture and code to effectively communicate with development teams.

You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and team management.
- Proven expertise in Java and Angular technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience managing the entire software delivery lifecycle, including risk management and process improvement.
- Good understanding of software testing techniques and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent leadership skills — inspiring teams, promoting autonomy, and fostering professional growth.
