Description

Join a high-volume interventional cardiology practice in Jacksonville, focusing on both peripheral vascular interventions and coronary procedures/diagnostic angiograms. You will work in a busy office-based lab environment with complex peripheral cases, supported by experienced operators. After-hours care is primarily phone-based except when responding to STEMI or acute cases.

Responsibilities

• Perform peripheral vascular interventional procedures (including complex cases)

• Perform coronary diagnostic angiograms and related cardiac interventions

• Provide inpatient consultation/rounding and respond to acute interventional needs as part of call

• Support ongoing venous program procedures and consults

Requirements

• Strong peripheral vascular interventional skills (or demonstrated interest in developing them)

• Interventional cardiology training/credentials suitable for practice in an interventional cath lab

• Willingness to join STEMI call rotation (approximately 1:4 or 1:5)
