Description

Employed opportunity for a pulmonology specialist (including interventional pulmonology) to join a well-established team in Coastal Georgia. You’ll support outpatient and inpatient pulmonary care, participate in equally shared consultative call, and help with outreach, teaching/mentoring, and the continued growth of a lung nodule program.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pulmonary consultative care

• Participate in consultative call coverage with the team

• Handle inpatient pulmonary volumes (10–20); no ICU rounding

• Support outreach and teaching/mentoring activities

• Assist with expansion and care related to the lung nodule program

Requirements

• Board certification or eligibility in Pulmonology

• Experience/training in interventional pulmonology (for interventional applicants)

• Ability to manage outpatient consultative care

• Ability to provide inpatient rounding for general pulmonary cases

• Willingness to engage in outreach and teaching/mentoring
