Description

You will run engaging 60-minute 1:1 online math lessons for children aged 8–12 using ready-made, proven lesson scenarios and materials. You’ll adapt the pace and approach to each student’s level and needs, provide regular progress reports, and share feedback on materials and engagement. The goal is to build a positive, supportive learning atmosphere where the child feels confident.

Responsibilities

• Deliver online math lessons (1:1) based on prepared scenarios and materials

• Adapt pacing and teaching approach to the student’s level and needs

• Regularly report student progress

• Provide feedback on learning materials and student engagement

• Create a positive, supportive environment

• Develop teaching skills with guidance from experienced mentors

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of primary school math (grades 1–6)

• Desire to teach children and help them succeed and grow

• Ability to connect with a child and maintain attention during online sessions

• Responsibility, punctuality, and independence

• No criminal record and no contraindications for working with minors

• Own laptop or computer with camera and microphone

• Stable internet connection

• Quiet workspace

Schedule

• Only individual (1:1) 60-minute sessions

• Availability required in evening hours during the week and/or on weekends

Collaboration Model

B2B contract with an option to work under non-registered business activity. Alternative cooperation via an incubator (TwójStartup): a service contract or a specific work contract.
